Pricing questions
What does “free to get started” mean?
You can run real approvals without paying us anything while you decide whether it works. We would rather you prove it on one process than commit to a number first.
Why aren't the prices listed?
Because the honest answer depends on how many people approve things and how much help you want at the start. Tell us both and we will give you a number quickly, without a sales cycle.
How do you count users?
By the people who take part in approvals — submitting, approving or administering. Someone who only appears in the directory as a routing target does not count.
Can we start on one team and expand?
Yes, and it is the sensible order. Pick the process that causes the most arguments, run it for a month, then widen.
