Using Branchsolve

Workspaces are created by Branchsolve for a named organization, not by public sign-up. Whoever holds the owner role in your workspace decides who else gets access and what they can do. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to reach another organization’s data.

Your content is yours

Your workflows, requests, decisions and documents belong to your organization. We process them to provide the service and for no other purpose. We do not use your workspace content to train models.

What Branchsolve is not

Branchsolve records and routes decisions. It does not make them for you, and it is not a legal, financial, medical or regulatory compliance system. A workflow can assign a step to an AI agent, and where it does, that decision is recorded as an agent’s — never presented as a person’s. Whether a given process is appropriate to automate remains your judgement.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and will tell you about planned interruptions. Assistant connections depend on services we do not operate; when one is unavailable, the Branchsolve inbox still holds every pending request, which is the reason it exists.

Ending it

You can stop using Branchsolve at any time and ask for your data. We can suspend a workspace that is being used to break these terms. Suspension preserves the records and closes access.

These are the plain-language terms for the website and general service. Organizations with a procurement or legal review normally sign a fuller agreement — ask us for it.
