Branchsolve for Claude
Approve without switching windows
Connect once and Branchsolve becomes part of the conversation your team already has open. Authoring, submitting and approving all happen there — through each person’s own identity.
Author a workflow
Describe the process. Claude drafts it, Branchsolve validates it, and you see the simulation before publishing.
Submit a request
Claude asks for exactly the fields the workflow needs, shows you the normalized values and the route it will take, then submits on your confirmation.
Approve or reject
Pending work is listed with the full decision packet. You decide in the conversation, and the record lands in Branchsolve.
Ask about anything
What is stuck, who has not responded, how long last quarter took. Answered from live data, with no report to build.
In practice
The question you would have asked a colleague
Because Branchsolve exposes your approvals to the assistant rather than hiding them behind a dashboard, answers are just a question away.
And the answers improve on the model’s release schedule, not ours. Nothing to re-buy, no version to migrate.

What's stuck with Finance over $10k?
Three requests. The oldest is CNC tooling at $12,400, waiting four days on Sam Okafor. Two others cleared Finance this morning.
Common questions
Do I need to set up an MCP server?
No. Connecting is one button in your Branchsolve setup screen. There are no URLs to paste, no configuration files to edit, no command line and no credentials to handle.
Does Claude act as me, or as my company?
As you. There is no shared organization token. Anything Claude does is done as your identity, subject to your role, and recorded against your name.
Can Claude do more than I'm allowed to?
No. A granted permission can only narrow what your role already permits — the intersection, never the union. Administrative and authoring permissions are not in the default grant and need a separate, explicit step up.
What happens if someone leaves the company?
Suspending their membership stops their next call. Every request re-reads live membership rather than trusting the token, so access ends immediately instead of when a token expires.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes, from the same setup screen, at any time. Disconnecting revokes the connection; nothing about your workflows, requests or history changes.
What about ChatGPT?
Coming soon. Claude is the connector that ships today. Ask us to tell you when ChatGPT lands and we'll email you the day it does.
